strategy:
This deck focuses on getting a PorygonZ out as fast as possible. You then overwhelm the opponent wit hthe shear power of the deck. The Pokemon Communication is there since it is a trainer, thus allowing me to play a Pokemon Collector to get Pokmeon to exchange for the right ones. I don't have Roseanne's Research in because I only use 2 basic energy and the Pokemon can just be gotten with Pokemon Collector. I played tested this list last night and went second. I tore through 28 cards in the deck on my first turn so after counting the prizes, over half of the deck was already gone. If it continues to set up this way, it could become the next BDIF.

What's the point of the fighting energies?

In case you have to attack with claydol.

For the energy line I suggest to run 4 DCE and 4 Upper, they're good for late game.

I have four DCE already in it. The deck shouldn't be falling behind so I don't think that Upper will be much use. It shouldn't go to late game with this build.

If you're playing fighting energies, the main reason should be "they're searchable". If it's not I suggest you get rid of those 2 for 2 more calls.

I play them because then I can attack with Claydol if needed. They also can be recovered with Night Maintenance. Shuckle would shut me down completely if I didn't have at least two basic energy in my deck.
