Again, I don't think it needs improvement

I really think 4 Poke Turn is overkill for this deck since it will only work on Crobat G which you have two of. 3 Should be more than adequate and the extra space could go to another Sunnyshore.

That would be a good help to the deck because otherwise you get owned by donphan Prime.

I think 4 Poketurn is good, because then you can choose where to put the damage, so you can lock their guys with powers.

The jamming Ampharos is how you lock powers. IF they play a supporter, then all their Pokemon in play have just been power locked. I might also recommend finding a card or to take out for Call Energy.
