Image Problems Empty Image Problems

Hitskin, the site that provides the images and smilies appears to be down for the time being. This also appears to making the Chatbox not show up. Due to how the admin panel is set up, I can't really fix anything. Most of the images are completely down. Just wanting to give everyone a heads up.
